These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, facilities, and activities provided by our Computer Club. By registering, booking, or using our premises and equipment, you agree to comply with these terms.
Access to certain facilities may require an active membership. Membership is granted upon registration, accurate personal details, and payment. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. The club may reject applications or terminate memberships for violations.
Members must meet minimum age requirements. Minors may require parental consent. Age restrictions for specific games or activities follow applicable rating systems and legal requirements.
All gaming stations, PCs, VR setups, and equipment must be booked according to club procedures. Bookings may be time-limited, and late arrivals may reduce playtime without refund. Members must use equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions.
The club maintains a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Disruptive, offensive, or aggressive behavior is prohibited. Harassment, cheating, unauthorized software, or property damage may result in removal and membership cancellation.
Members and guests are responsible for proper equipment use. Food and drinks must be kept away. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.
Gaming sessions should include regular breaks. VR or motion-based activity participants must ensure good health and inform staff of concerns. The club is not responsible for health issues from excessive play or ignoring safety instructions.
All services, membership fees, and bookings must be paid according to current pricing. Non-payment may result in suspension of access. Prices may change with prior notice.
The club may organize tournaments, training sessions, or events. Participation may require separate registration and adherence to event-specific rules. Prizes and rewards follow official event guidelines.
All software, games, logos, and creative materials remain the property of their respective owners. Members must not copy, distribute, or modify materials without authorization.
Members are responsible for personal items. The club is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Lockers may be provided for temporary storage.
Personal data collected during registration or booking is used for operational purposes. The club protects personal information in compliance with privacy laws.
The club may suspend or terminate memberships without refund for rule violations, misconduct, or property damage. Serious breaches may result in a permanent ban.
Services are provided “as is.” The club is not responsible for injuries, technical issues, or interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes are resolved according to legal procedures in the club’s jurisdiction.
